About Our Owner
North Star Surveying Company is owned and operated by Jesse R. Holt, RPLS. Jesse has over 15 years of surveying experience including boundary, construction, oil and gas, hydrographic, and small u.a.v. (drone) mapping. Jesse is currently a R.P.L.S. in the state of Texas with an A.A.S. in Surveying Technology from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City.
